Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.
Returns:
Timeframe: You have 14 days after receiving your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, these must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
Exclusions: For hygienic reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and specific personal care products.
Initiating the Process: If you would like to return a product, please send an email to: info@vara-clothing.com with your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact information.
Refunds:
Procedure: After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at [webshop email].
Costs:
Return Shipping Costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. Returns must be sent to China, and shipping costs start at €20, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Exceptions:
Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement at no cost. If it goes wrong a second time, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after being placed due to our automated system.
